Myriam Bontonou

Myriam Bontonou received her M.Sc. Biomedical Engineering (Imperial College London, UK) and engineering (Ecole Centrale de Nantes, France) degrees in 2018. During 2020, she was an intern at MILA (Université de Montréal, Canada). In 2021, she obtained her PhD for her research on Machine Learning and its applications to Computer Vision and Neuroimaging (IMT Atlantique, France). She works now as a post-doctoral researcher (ENS de Lyon, France) on the GraphNEx project in collaboration with the EPFL (Lausanne, Switzerland) and QMUL (London, UK). Her research interests include deep learning, machine learning, interpretability and graph signal processing, with a particular interest for neuroscience and functional genomics.
