Welcome!

I am an associate professor at @OMICs (INSERM U1242 OSS, Univ. Rennes, France). My research focuses on machine learning, deep learning, interpretability, and graph signal processing with a strong emphasis on biomedical applications.

Previously, I was a contractual associate professor in the DYLISS research team (IRISA-INRIA, Univ. Rennes, France). Before that, I worked as a postdoctoral researcher at ENS de Lyon (Univ. Lyon, France) on the GraphNEx project, where I investigated explainable machine learning approaches to better understand the mechanisms underlying cellular processes.
